Rachel See - Sports Therapist

Rachel is a qualified Sports Therapist having developed a fascination for injury mechanics through competing as a distance runner from 10 years old. She has experience with all disciplines in athletics, distance runners, cyclists, rowers and rugby players.
Rachel has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters in Sports Therapy and is passionate to keep developing and enhancing her skills.
Rachel has extensive experience working with not only clinical populations but also athletes. In addition to her time working within the clinics at the University of Gloucestershire, she has also worked closely with elite rugby players at recognised academies, with many of these going on to play nationally at various age groups.
Due to this vast range of experience, Rachel can work with all ages and abilities, from a sporting background or from an injury that occured in daily life. Covering everything from muscular and soft tissue injuries to longer term aches and pains, with a focus on rehabilitation to prevent re-injury in the future.
Rachel will work hard with you to create a treatment plan unique to your injury and life, helping overcome any barriers to prevent the treatment being successful in a caring and supportive manner.
